Ilona Pokallo

Massage Specialist

Since 2017, Ilona has run her own salon Amber Aesthetics, where she performs facial and body rejuvenating procedures and educates her clients on a holistic approach to skincare at home (which incorporates mindset and nutrition as well as skincare). Ilona believes that it is more important to take care of our skin on a daily basis rather than visiting a beautician once a month although the latter is also recommended. Ilona provides mentoring to guide you through this holistic process and will recommend the most suitable aesthetic treatments you need. Ilona is in her 40s and believes that by taking care of our skin on a daily basis, we can delay the signs of ageing by 10 -15 years. The main thing is to take good care of your skin regularly and perform cosmetological procedures (Mesotherapy, Plasma fibroblast or HiFu treatments) as soon as the first wrinkles appear.

All of these vital aspects of being human enable us to resource ourselves, regain our energy and life force, and age gracefully.

Having completed her MSc in Public Health Nutrition she decided she wanted to work in the field of women's and children's health. Soon after she worked for the Department of Health where she offered scientific advice to various nutrition policies including 5aday, Change4Life and Start4Life. She has also supported the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition and specifically the Maternal and Child Nutrition subgroup at the completion of the early nutrition report.

Leonie Wright

Nutrition Coach

Leonie Wright is a nutrition coach and the founder of EatWright a nutrition consultancy for women in Surrey. Leonie’s mission is to stop women from going on diets. Instead, she helps them to make long lasting changes in their eating habits so that they can become healthier, lose unwanted weight, and feel great. Leonie has written 3 recipe books of which the last one, CookWright Forever, was launched just before Christmas 2020. She is passionate about helping women to be the best versions of themselves by eating the right foods. She firmly believes that we are what we eat and that nourishing our bodies with nature’s food is the key to enhancing our health, vitality and state of mind. Mostly our bodies can heal themselves if given the ‘wright’ foods, and a healthy diet generates benefits in every area of your lives.

Sam Sadighi

Sleep Coach

I started my ‘Sleep Journey’ by training with the well respected Dana Obleman using her ‘Sleep Sense’ methodology for children, but soon realised that infants weren’t the only ones who would benefit from my help. I then went on to carry out further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) which I use with older children and adults. I’m constantly updating my skills and have recently become a Certified Brief Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (BBT-i) Practitioner. I’m looking forward to starting yet more training in CBT-i and also a specialist courses to help Teenagers in the coming months.
